With the old foundation demolished and cleared shoring work was completed on the West side of the site with a new retaining wall. Machinery (all three of them) are now on site to begin driving the pin piles for the new foundation. Our apologies to the neighbors for the noise. Unfortuantely there are over 100 pin piles to drive beofre the foundation can be formed!
Contour Woodworks teamed with Carol Sundstrom of Rom Architecture to complete this Queen Anne project. Contour custom milled trim to match the exisitng profiles and built new cabinets for the kitchen, living room, and entry. Read the article here:

We have fianlly posted some new pictures to the Contour Woodworks website with more to come! Most notable are the movable furniture pieces we built for the new Swedish Hospital in Issaquah. Contour Woodworks worked with Architect Carol Sundstrom from Rom Architecture and General Contractor Phoenix Construction to complete the remodel.
In mid April construction on the Enatai Remodel began and will be an almost complete renovation of the interior and exterior of the home.
